Lee Precision .577 Snider Steel 3-Die Set
Description:The Lee Precision .577 Snider Steel 3-Die Set is designed for reloading the .577 Snider cartridge, historically used in the British Martini-Henry rifle. This die set is part of Lee's Large Series, featuring a 1-1/4" x 12 thread, and is compatible exclusively with the Lee Classic Cast Press.
Included Components:
*Sizer Die: Equipped with an "unbreakable" decapping unit, this die resizes the entire cartridge case to SAAMI specifications, ensuring proper chambering and headspace.
*Powder Through Expanding Die: Expands the case mouth to the correct diameter for bullet seating and allows for powder charging through the die.
*Bullet Seating and Roll Crimp Die: Seats bullets to the desired depth and features an adjustable roll crimp, allowing for a secure bullet hold and consistent pressure.
*Shellholder: Facilitates proper cartridge positioning during resizing and decapping operations.
*Note: This die set does not include load data or a powder dipper.
