These dippers are inherently safe as they measure powder by volume and cannot get out of adjustment. This kit includes 15 uniformly graduated dippers that measure from .3 cubic centimeters to 4.3 cubic centimeters and a handy application table that shows what powder charges can be thrown with each dipper.
